Who we are
Alexander Delekta-Ebbage operates KUNNR, a developer growth platform that provides learning plans, lessons, Practice and Apply activities, and progress tools.
The legal operator name and business address shown below must be completed with the final trading details before public launch.
Information we use
- Account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and security information.
- Your learning goals, path, target level, preferred language, domain preferences, confidence, pace, and plan settings.
- Learning activity such as lesson progress, Practice and Apply attempts, assessment records, plan progress, and recommendations.
- Subscription status, invoices, and payment-provider identifiers. KUNNR does not store full payment-card details.
- Technical and security information such as request identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, error reports, and security events.
- Messages, attachments, and contact details you provide when asking for support or exercising a legal right.
Why we use it
We use personal information where it is needed to:
- create and operate your account and provide the learning service you request;
- remember progress, calculate deterministic results, and produce explainable recommendations;
- process subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and account deletion;
- protect KUNNR, its users, and its systems from fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations; and
- improve reliability and the user experience where our interests are not overridden by your rights.
KUNNR uses deterministic rules to score assessed work and recommend a next step. It does not make employment, recruitment, or promotion decisions.
Analytics and session insights
If you choose to allow analytics cookies, KUNNR uses Google Analytics to measure pseudonymous page and proof-loop events, and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregated navigation and interaction patterns. Provider scripts are not requested before you give permission.
KUNNR does not send your name, email address, passwords, authentication tokens, free-text answers, lesson content, support messages, payment details, or repository links through its product analytics event layer. KUNNR-generated page-view events contain the route path without query strings or fragments.
Both providers are disabled on account-access, profile, security, billing, administration, checkout, and billing-return routes. Clarity is additionally disabled on assessed Practice routes so response content is not recorded. Analytics is optional, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings.
Sharing and processors
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, operational monitoring, analytics, and customer support. They receive only the information required to provide their service and must handle it under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, KUNNR will use an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate supplementary safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account and learning information is generally kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal information unless limited records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or financial-record obligations.
Operational logs and analytics records are retained for limited periods appropriate to their purpose. Final production retention periods must be confirmed in deployment configuration and provider settings before launch.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive portable data. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You can delete your KUNNR account from Security settings. For other requests, contact privacy@kunnr.dev. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Contact and complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
