These terms apply when you use KUNNR, operated by Alexander Delekta-Ebbage. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The service
KUNNR provides structured learning plans, lessons, Practice and Apply activities, and progress tools for developer growth. Content, scores, progress information, and recommendations are educational guidance. They do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary, certification acceptance, or any particular career result.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from a failure by KUNNR to use reasonable security measures.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have that consent before using the service.
Free and Pro subscriptions
Free access includes the capabilities described on the relevant product or pricing page. Pro is a recurring subscription billed at the price, currency, and interval shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required.
You can manage or cancel renewal through Billing settings. Unless a refund or legal cancellation right applies, cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Our Refund Policy explains how requests are handled.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use KUNNR unlawfully or to harm, harass, or deceive another person;
- attempt to bypass access controls, subscription restrictions, rate limits, or security measures;
- interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or probe systems without written permission;
- share, resell, scrape, or reproduce restricted curriculum at scale; or
- submit material that infringes rights, contains secrets, or you are not authorised to provide.
Content and intellectual property
KUNNR, its software, authored curriculum, visual identity, and original materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your account gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is valid.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give KUNNR permission to store, process, display, and reproduce that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or retire features and content. We will take reasonable care to keep paid functionality available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Where a material change affects paid access, we will provide notice or a remedy where required by law.
Ending your account
You may permanently delete your account from Security settings. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, serious misuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, KUNNR is not responsible for career decisions or outcomes based solely on educational guidance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@kunnr.dev.
